What do you mean animal? If you mean drawing your own natural breed of horse that really does exist (Thoroughbred, warmblood, lusitano etc) then of course, as for own horse species it all depends how much horse it really is and if you give permission (;
And this will be judged today, because there is only nine horses currently entered someone can throw in one more if they like to at least give everyone a ribbon ^^

Yep then, I say go for it! This is to try and get all HARPG horses active, not just certain species/breeds ^^ The only reason I need permission for 'made' horses on here is to make sure this doesn't mess up anyone else who may have their own systems in place
