✖ AYATO SEICHI ✖
▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓ ultimate joker▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓
[male] [sixteen] [crush; soon to be Ryouko] [tags; ryouko]
Ayato followed the herd of students to what was supposedly the theater. As he did so, he wondered to himself what this idiotic "monobear" could possibly want from him? Stepping through the doors, he was immediatly ordered to sit down and look at this tablet, put head phones on, and listen to whatever played on it. Ayato, of course, complied, but he had a strange feeling about it all. Swallowing a lump in his throat, he put earbuds on and pressed the play button. Soon, the video showed the happy faces of his sisters and his mother, as well as his father who for once didn't look drunk. As he listened and watched, he saw them congratulating him, they were smiling. Are they... really this happy with me? Even after I abandoned them? he thought to himself, and he could feel the edges of his lips tugging into a smile. That's right, ladies and gentlemen, our crazed joker was actually -- forming a smile, a wholehearted one. However, he was clueless to what was about to happen next. The screen blurred, showed static, then darkened. The sounds of crying, screaming, pleading for life filled the earbuds. The surprise that arose from Ayato made him scoot the chair back, his violet eyes opening. He-he didn't want to see whatever was about to fill the screen next, he -- he didn't. "Stop it.." he whispered, refusing to yell or cry, or freak out. No, his pride wasn't about to be stripped just yet, there was no way that damned teddy bear was going to get him to release that sort of reaction!
However, his movie wasn't finished yet. The horror on his screen ultimately ended when the camera focused on his littlest sister, lying on the ground in a pool of blood. She was whimpering, still alive, despite the multiple injuries covering her body. Trembling, she laid over on her back and stared at the camera, blood making a careful trail down the side of her mouth. "t h i s i s y o u r f a u l t, A y a t o." she spoke into his ears. Ayato couldn't peel his eyes away. Heart racing, he shook his head and gripped the tablet. "No, no, no it's not, no --"
"y o u, y o u c o u l d n ' t s a v e m e, y o u m i s e r a b l e f a i l u r e." then, the video abruptly cut to an end as his youngest sister's eyes turned in another direction, then widened as if she were just about to be attacked by whoever had pulled off that stunt. Then, as if to fuel Ayato's trauma Monokuma's voice spoke into the video mentioning something about how if he commited a murder he'd be able to see the rest of the video.
Something sick twisted in his gut, and he set the tablet down, pulled the earbuds out, and stood up. With clenched fists, he lowered his head and allowed his mess of black hair to shadow his obviously upset face. "I swear.. I-I'll... I'll find a way out of this." he hissed, fists balled tight enough that his knuckles gave off a white hue. "When I do, I swear... I-I'll.. rip that cute little bear head of yours off, and feed it to mangy dogs!" he shouted, loud enough for everyone in the room to hear, then he closed his eyes, placed his hands to his temple and released a well mannered sigh. Calming himself down, despite the fact he continued to tremble, his violet irises turned in the direction of Ryouko, and he noticed how well she was taking it. She was calming down her friend, it seemed. He wasn't sure why, but, he made his way in her direction slowly. "You seem to be handling this -- strangely -- well." he muttered, surprised. He envied her, yet looked up to her all the same. He didn't do that to just anyone, and he wasn't even sure why he did so with her.
♜ MISAKI KYOUU ♜
▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓ ultimate warrior▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓
[female] [fifteen] [crush; Mordecai] [tags; mordecai]
Misaki felt slightly worried about this entire situation. Monokuma ordering them around so soon? She definitely didn't have a good feeling about this, whatsoever. Sticking close to Mordecai, she narrowed her crimson eyes and remained silent, refusing to show any sign of worry as she made her way down the halls with him. When they finally stood before the theatre, she took a glance at him before entering and showed a hint of a small smile in hopes of cheering him up as well, before she followed him inside. She found her own disk, found a tablet, and popped it in.
the video started as any other congratulatory video would. Her mother and father all sat before her, smiling. Her father looked so proud, she felt a smile tug at her lips. They continued to tell her how happy they were that she'd made it this far with her life, that she was one of the best warriors around. However, as they continued on and on about how proud they were, Misaki began to feel a tugging of worry on her heart. This wasn't right, at this point in the video her father would have most likely said something she needed to improve on, criticism, he believed it was the biggest step towards improvement, and there was no way in the world he believed her to be this perfect. Red orbs narrowing in worry, she stared at the video, eyes glued, unable to look away.
That's when it happened. Static enveloped the screen, the voices of her mother and father screaming. Then the screen flashed back, blood splattered across the camera lense -- it seemed. Her mother's voice pleading, saying something along the lines of 'we did what you told us to, now stop -- ! please!' Heart constricting, Misaki couldn't believe it. She couldn't comprehend it. Why weren't they fighting back, why weren't they -- why was this happening?! It all became to real for Misaki and just as the video ended, she ripped the earbuds out and threw the tablet to the floor. In panicked rage, she slammed her foot down on it. No. This was unacceptable. "I can't -- i can't--" however, she found her own panic being cut off when she glanced to her side at Mordecai, who was genuinely upset and shocked. Her new friend looked as upset as ever, and although Misaki wasn't the best at comforting people, she felt the need to try her hardest. He was the nicest person she'd met here, afterall. And he did, well, compliment her.
Kneeling by his side, she placed a hand on his shoulder and frowned. "Hey, Mordecai, look at me." she said, worry crossing her almost emotionless expressions. "It's a fraud, a fake, it's not real. There's no way -- no way that he could manage that, okay? Don't let it get to you, that's exactly what he wants. Don't break now, it's too soon in the game." she said, then, awkwardly, she wrapped her arms around him in a hug.
