Design Description/Reference. Can she look sad? With eyes closed and a shiny halo on the ground in front of her feet. She is white. She looks a little shiny but her fur is ruffled, like fluffy on the chest tummy and ears. And can her tail be drooping down and be kind of fluffy.

If so, what kind? If so can the wings fall down into feathers on the ground? And can the halo sparkle

Well at the moment it's not fair that you simply reordered from another person. Just because you won a slot, Doesen't mean you can just throw away the rules, i would suggest you go and read them once more as well.
