History;;

*sigh* If that cranky old cat won't tell, I guess I must tell the tale of his past...

Wolfspirit was a very tiny kit, let's say, "The runt" of the litter of 4. This included, Foxkit, Riverkit, Petalkit, and himself. These four were born to Mapleshine and Snakefang, Mapleshine the mother. Since, Wolfkit was the runt, Riverkit and Petalkit would tease him. Though, Foxkit would stand up for him and get some of the beatings they gave. It would mostly be Foxkit and Wolfkit together. Wolfkit solemnly swore that he'll get Riverkit back for what he did.

Moons have passed with the results of more torture. Wolfkit had more scars and bruises than Foxkit. The time finally came for the kits to become apprentices. Wolfpaw got Sunstrike, at the time deputy, Foxpaw got Honeyclaw, Petalpaw getting Snowsong, and last of all Riverpaw getting the weakest, frailest mentor of all, Smalltail. It was Smalltail's first time mentoring. She stumbled a lot and stuttered. Riverpaw was outraged, but didn't protest. The four trained, Riverpaw of course falling behind.

One day, Riverpaw understood that it was a sign that he need to be more kind to Wolfpaw and Foxpaw. He asked his mentor and Sunstrike if him and Wolfpaw can go hunting. They agreed and let the two go. Wolfpaw, thinking this is a trap, trailed behind. Riverpaw would give glances and smile, but didn't get anything in return. As they got close to the hunting spot, which was near a stream, Wolfpaw pounced on Riverpaw. His teeth dug deep into his brother's neck. The bigger tom struggled, but grew weaker and weaker at each second. Then grew motionless. Wolfpaw smirked with satisfaction and threw in the the stream, the blood turning the water red. His eyes reflected the water, making them look red. Then a yowl of terror sounded through the forest. Soon was broke off by something. A she-cat padded to the tom. "You kept your promise." She had said.
"Good to have you as a sister, Foxpaw..."

Few moons after the incident, Wolfpaw and Foxpaw earned their warrior names. Wolfpaw changed to Wolfspirit for his loyalty and strength and Foxpaw changed to Foxheart for her "kindness" and "sweetness like a mother to kits" as the leader puts it.

After their ceremony, a battle broke out and their father, Snakefang died with bravery. They want revenge on BlizzardClan, for killing their father. The Clan grieved his death, mostly Mapleshine and his two kits. Wolfspirit and Foxheart grow stronger every day, wanting one day to get their revenge.
