To be honest, i think that woman with the mask is actually Ruby and Yang's mom. This is a common theory, but i have a way to back it up. Have you noticed that the woman's colors are the exact same as Ruby's, and the fighting style is rather similar? They both go for the strike and don't think about stratgizing. However, this theory is also supported by the fact that the mask woman also has the exact same skirt style as Yang.
