Once upon a time, you were the star of Nimbasa City's Musical Theatre. Your life before that had been pretty rough; the theatre became your home, and your fellow stars were your family. Your job was your life. Until the income from trainers lowered as the interest was directed towards battling than the fine arts, plus the death of the theatre's elderly owners. Your beloved theatre was closed before your eyes, leaving you with nothing but your friends. That day was a tragedy for all of you. You've lost a place full of hope, love, and memories.

But you've decided you won't give up that easily, for you've all developed a plan. You will travel from route to route, town to town, city to city, even region to region, to gain the money needed to buy back the theatre and put it back in business. The problem is, you only have a year deadline, and need 5 million Pokédollars to buy it! And how do you and your comrades plan on raising that money? Doing what has always been outside of your comfort zone. The mainstream "Pokémon battling".

And probably applying your talent of acting in street performances, as well. The art of acting is something that will always be within your heart, and something that must be released. Your journey will start in Kalos, where business has been rumored to be booming. Our story begins with these determined characters stepping out of the airport and into the busy city of Lumiose City.

★ Make sure that you're familiar with Tess' rules before joining this roleplay.

★ Literacy levels for this roleplay are set at Semi-Lit. Meaning, at least five well-written sentences per response. Well-written meaning proper grammar, spelling, punctuation, and a good amount of description.

★ Nice-looking coding is encouraged, but not necessary. Just make things neat [centered font, 85 sizing, black or gray coloring] and NOT eye burning [ex; large font for every single word, neon/bright colors].

★ Post all OOC and your character forms on the Discussion/Form Thread. Make sure that you're all kind to each other!

★ Mild curses such as crap, damn, and hell are allowed, but please don't use these excessively.

★ Drama such as romance, break-ups, and arguments are encouraged, but if anything bigger than that happens, please make sure to discuss it with everyone else beforehand to make sure they approve of it.

♛ No overpowered characters or perfectly sweet/angelic characters. I want lots of interesting, quirky characters in this. Come on people, add dimensions!

♛ Four characters maximum per-person; two boys, two girls. Genders don't have to be even, but it'd be pleasant.

♛ Characters must be between the ages of sixteen and twenty years.

♛ Forms should include; name, age, gender, team, basic personality, history, appearance [image from an anime accepted, in fact, encouraged!]. Any additional information would be wonderful!

♛ Characters with pre-roleplay crushes are fine by me, considering they'd have known each other for at least two years. But, wait a bit into the roleplay before actually having your characters become a couple. Also, characters of any sexual orientation are accepted!

◎ Since these Pokémon haven't been battled with yet, they should be between levels five and twenty.

◎ Please don't use any legendary Pokémon. No starters, either. Considering I will have Professor Sycamore give everyone one starter Pokémon.

◎ Don't make any of your Pokémon characters be overpowered, because that can just get annoying.

◎ To start off, each character will have one Pokémon minimum and three Pokémon maximum.
