Thomas sprinted toward the bullies, throwing a punch at the back one guy's neck and aiming a low kick at the other's legs. Both tripped or crumpled, and Tom was left with the last. "Say something that won't make me want to leave you a mess on the ground," he snarled.

Laken stared at Thomas dumbfounded, before glancing at the crumbled boys on the ground who were moaning and complaining. The one boy still standing took a step back as he glared up at Thomas, before sprinting away towards the school.

Thomas smirked as the boy ran off, before looking up at Laken. "I didn't hit you, did I?" He asked, looking at the dumbfounded expression the boy had on. "I don't like bullies."

Laken shook his head lightly, "No I'm fine..." he was still quite shocked at what had happened in front of him, usually he was the one on the ground. Why did this guy stick up for him? He was pretty sure he didn't know this guy at all, so why'd this guy help him?

Thomas smiled sheepishly. "I uh - have to get back.. I need to Skype my mum," he backed off a little, cursing himself slightly, shaking his head.

Laken nodded lightly, "Uh... I'm Laken.... by the way... in case you were wondering..." he muttered lightly stuffing his hands into his hoodie's pockets nervously.

"Thomas," he said softly. "Have a nice day, Laken." He turned away, and ran off, rather quickly for his slight frame. In fact, it was a surprise he was even able to beat someone up.

Laken watched him leave before turning towards his own home, it'd take him a couple of minutes to get home. He stuck his ipod's ear-buds in as he walked, listening to "Imagine Dragons: Ready, Aim, Fire". His mom wouldn't be home until around six that night so he'd have the house to himself, well other then his two corgis.

A human. He was a human. His mum had never said anything about a human. He blinked a few times, before pressing on and walking to his house.

Brianna stayed in the den, just a bit bored. She didn't want to run into anymore wolves so she thought avoiding hunting was a good idea. Although the rabbits hadn't been very filling for her.
