Honey Pup 11

winter honey pups live in colder, dense forests. they were the first discovered honey pups, and live in a big colony underground from holes they dig. they are nocturnal and gather honey at night. these honey pups have natural colors such as brown and grey, and they have feathery wings, like birds.

This is my first one as a full artist!
Based off of a tree, the swirls are the insides of a tree and the wings have leaf patterns.

back story(extra); Bark got his name because his parents thought it would be funny. The whole "bark like what is on a tree and bark like a dog does" concept totally made them cry with laughter, and they named this silly pup Bark. He loves to make jokes and puns because of this!

Hello! My name's Peri; that means 'fairy' in Indonesian. I've always been fascinated by the idea of warmth and daytime, even though I'm a winter honey pup. I've made a habit of sneaking out while everyone else is sleeping so I can see the sun. I'm often tired afterwards, and I sometimes fall asleep while collecting honey at night if I spend too much time awake during daytime. I get the feeling that I'm a bit of a disappointment to my parents, and I sometimes hear the other members of the colony whispering about me, but I've never really felt drawn to the night like I have the day, even though the others say it's not natural for me to spend so much time in the sun. It just seems to me like a waste to sleep through all the beauty of daytime. The sun, the flowers, the warmth... It's all so georgeous and alive! All the butterflies and bees fluttering around and helping us out, I don't understand why you would choose the dark over that!

I would like Peri because I think she's absolutely beautiful, and she's the first honey pup I've ever tried out for.
