--Well, to me goop was always a part of spooky things, and I really love spooky and creepy things.
I also love the palette, and the design is nice and flowy, with gradients, which is something I usually look for in designs, as it makes them more appealing in my opinion, I also really like fluidly moving/bubbling tails. I really love coloured sclera as well.
The character is one I've had in my mind for a long time, but I just couldn't find a character that looked the part, but when I saw this character, it just clicked and fit so well for me. I love the cool scheme, and I feel it's the mood that the colours create that made me feel this character clicked so well with the idea.

--Reyes is a rather hopeless romantic, they throw everything they believe is romantic at their partners, and often believe their partners are being sweet when rather, they're being quite hurtful. Reyes has a very set in stone belief that romance is always how it is 'in the books' or 'in the movies', and as common knowledge says, books and movies often don't portray truly healthy relationships. More often than not Reyes will trap themselves in hurtful and awful relationships under the media-fed delusion that the relationship is perfect.
--Reyes is rather stubborn, and set in their ways, it would take years to persuade them to stray even mildly from what they believe. Often times the phrase, 'You can lead a horse to water, but you can't force it to drink' applies to Reyes. They will believe what they believe, and you are near unable to argue against it. Being so closed minded makes it difficult for Reyes to understand others. This causes Reyes to often push people away, or be unable to empathize with them.

Food ;; Donuts! Thus the donut dividers. He especially loves chocolate frosting and sprinkles. They're his guilty pleasure, and he doesn't really like people to know exactly how much he loves them. He also really loves other foods, but donuts are the best.
Drink ;; Jason loves purple crush, despite how much others might dislike it. As a kid he always got stuck drinking the stuff, and he eventually developed a strong taste for it. He loves grape pop in general, and a close runner up for his favorite drink is a caramel frappe.

Why Do You Want This RPW?
I actually really just adore his design. It's a bit odd and quirky, but that's why I like it so much! I enjoy the different color combination and overall marking style in contrast to my other characters, and visually he's just very appealing to me. I love his hair too, because it just looks messy and fun! To me dreadlocks have always been really hard to draw, but I think they flatter him quite well. The parts about his design I love most are his hair (the beads on it really make it look awesome to me), his eyes (the blue compliments the purple and green well) and admittedly I love the design on his snout and foreleg markings. I love how he flows and overall how he stands out.
