Novoice inched closer, wobbling on the branch. He wasn't used to being this high. He glanced down at camp, then looked back at the small tom, his gaze round with play.

Fallenstar's tail drooped. Maplesap appeared to be hesitant about joining the patrol and Blackfrost appeared to be out. Her clan was loose and unstable. "Well, I suppose three's a crowd, isn't it?" She hissed, her pelt prickling. "Never mind. I was going to be gentler with this but I guess not. Maplesap, if you could please." Fallenstar originally wanted to start out the day calmly to encourage the clan, but stress forced her patience to run thin.
