Tide

male

Shizo is a bit of a bad A. He is tough and cold, rarely showing any signs of affections to anyone. He usually has a frown on his face and an attitude that almost yells "come at me bro." His cocky nature often leads people to wrath, and he inadvertently gets into fights with other guys. To be truthful, Shizo hates getting into fights, and he hopes his cold attitude would make most people ignore him. It sometimes works with dolls smaller and weaker than him, but dolls stronger than him often see it as a challenge. Shizo is an introvert, hating attention and pretty much everyone except Tide, his shadow, and Kijura. He often stays away from any crowded places and hides in corners where no one is likely to find him.
Despite his tough and callous attitude, Shizo is actually extremely intelligent. With an IQ of 147, Shizo 16 IQ points away from Einstein. He can easily see through patterns, solve problems and come up with brilliant schemes in seconds. He is also extremely sarcastic and quick witted, coming up with smart arse answers to questions that would either make you die laughing, or become extremely infuriated. But with great intelligence often comes many mental disabilities. Shizo is very bad at understanding other dolls and the way they think. This also often leads to more unwanted fights and some socially inappropriate moments. Shizo also has ADD and this can kind of get annoying. He will often trail off in the middle of a sentence and completely forget what he had been talking about. And, as you guessed it, This also leads to more fights. Moral of the story, Shizo gets into fights a lot.
Shizo also has a habit of stealing things. He doesn't do this often and when he does, it is usually something small and crappy. He only does this when he has no money and feels that he can't live without the trinket. He has never gotten caught before and he has kept his habit of stealing a secret to even Kijura.

Shizo's history begins in 1927, when a girl named Susan was born. Susan's family were not rich, and not poor, but they loved their little Susan very much and tried their best to give her every luxury. Her favorite possession, however, where her dolls. She loved collecting them, not to play with them, but just to have them.
As she grew older, she realized that some of her dolls had great value to them. She understood how valuable a huge collection of dolls may be in the future. And so she started buying them, she got some from second hand shops, garage sales, and any sort of sale that would be cheaper than buying them new. Her favorite doll, however, was one lovely merman. Mermen were probably the rarest dolls, whether porcelain, Polly Pockets, or Barbies. She had only found one in her whole time of collecting, and that one was Shizo.
Eventually Susan turned her home and collection into a museum. As she grew older, she started a family and her grand daughter often loved to come to her home/museum and play with the dolls. Susan often played with her grand daughter, mostly with Shizo. Her love for Shizo was passed down to her grand daughter and she often played with Shizo with and her own mermaid barbies. One of Susan's grand daughter's dolls had a sand dollar mirror, but she misplaced it one day and it was swept under a display stand. When Susan grew to be 85, her family had left her and, in a desperate attempt to get money to pay for medical help, she sold her whole doll collection.
The person who packed up her belongings missed one doll, and that doll was Shizo. The sand dollar mirror had been worn down in time, the handle was gone and the sticker that was the mirror part had fallen of. That mirror turned into Tide, and Tide, feeling a special connection to Shizo, immediately brought him to life.
It took a while before Shizo got to the dollhouse, but when he did, Kijura seemed to try to become his friend as soon as he got there. At first Shizo was bothered by this, literally pushing Kijura away and saying "get lost." But after a while Shizo warmed up to Kijura and they ended up living together, not as friends or lovers, but as roommates. Their companionship deepened but Shizo never let it go beyond friendship.

Shizo and Kijura are "partners in crime." Though, to be truthful, neither of them have actually committed a crime (together). This is mostly because Shizo is ashamed of his habit of thievery and doesn't want to tell Kijura. The are close companions, following each other were ever the other goes. Though neither of them is classified as the leader of their partnership, Shizo likes to think that he is the leader. Shizo claims he doesn't like Kijura, and that's why he refuses to classify them as friends. But truth be told he does feel some companionship to Kijura and would rather let himself be hurt instead of Kijura.
(if you win, can you not ship them? I've had that happen before and it makes me uncomfortable.)

Tide is unlike Shizo in many ways. Tide is like a little puppy, he is lovable and a stalwart companion. He is very loyal and is a friend to many other dolls. Unlike Shizo, Tide loves attention and other dolls, he even tries to drag Shizo into crowded places sometimes. When you've made friend with him, you've made a friend for life. But Tide also has a protective side to him. A side that will made him stand in front of Shizo, trying to block any attacks with his puny self. To be truthful, salamanders can be very vicious when they want to, with rows of sharp teeth and strong jaws. But that doesn't really help Tide when he tries to protect Shizo, as he can't touch other dolls. (But he can throw stuff at them.)

Shizo like always, claims that he doesn't like Tide's lovable nature. But to be truthful, they are really close. You will often see Tide riding in Shizo's shoulder with a happy look on his face. Shizo tries his best to distance himself from Tide when he looks like he wants attention from other dolls, but other than that. They are rarely more than a yard away from each other.

Ask Shizo whatever questions you like (as long as it is appropriate of course.)

~ Shizo hates crowded places. He feels socially awkward in crowded places and feels like he is going to say something that might end up in another fight.
~ Shizo also hates fights. To be truthful, he isn't the strongest doll in the world, and he's a bit of a coward. He does not want to get hurt or cracked.
~ Shizo for some reason does not like physical touch. He doesn't really have an explanation for this.

~ Shizo, of course, likes both Kijura and his shadow, Tide. (I don't this needs much more explanation.)
~ Shizo loves to collect small trinkets. For some reason he seems obsessed with them.
~ Shizo enjoys to be alone. When he's alone he feels like he can unwound and and just think

Even though I'm not going to color Kijura, I would like to say that I believe these hexcodes will be the best suit for him. Choose whatever you like though, this is just a suggestion.
