They say its really hard I used to make siggies they wearnt good though, I used Paint.NET It was pretty good... I have never used Photosop before though.

2 things interfere if i do this one. i cant work with pictures with backgrounds, unless it is one solid color. also, the quote is way to long. is it possible for you to change both of those? thanks.
