Shyshadow trotted into the main part of camp, planning on putting the dead catmint on the soil around the wild plants, to help them grow. Good thing I remembered this trick. I wonder if Birdfur would be proud, he thought, the last part making the tom's heart sink. He sighed around the bundle in his jaws, wondering why no StarClan cat, not even his mentor, would even give him a sign as to if they're even still there.

(Yes, two part names. Only things like how our characters names are, but never the same first part as another cat. Things like Lilyblossom or Rosewind, those kind of names. However, with kits (newborn-6 months) and apprentices (6 months-about 12-13 months) the names either end in -kit or -paw, like Thrushkit or Waterpaw)

Tigerfoot smiled, nodding in agreement. Laughing about his comment on freezing paws, he rolled his shoulders and gave his own cold paw a few licks. "Yeah, we're lucky we haven't seen any badgers for awhile." He meowed, wrapping his thick tail neatly over his strong forelimbs. Tigerfoot's expression became more serious as Deadpaw brought up the topic of Newleaf. "Well.. I'm not sure. The seasons have been off lately. All we can do is hope things will go back to normal." Or else they'd have to move to a new territory. There wouldn't be enough prey, there would be too many sick cats, and the clan would die off quicker than they could heal. He hoped things wouldn't come to that. But if Starclan kept ignoring them, they'd have no choice but to move on.

The albino tom nodded silently, staring to the floor and tilting his head to the side for a moment. "I wonder... if this all is not happening to really move us out." He glanced side ways at the deputy, "I-I mean... sometimes what we have to do is not told by simple words. Sometimes there are riddles and confusing things." He shrugged a little and tried wrapping his tail around his paws to warm them up some. "Like a seed..." He looked back at the clan's deputy. "It's tiny and it's dangerous if it falls close to the tree, because no seeds grow by the tree. So it sits there waiting until something happens... and then the wind or a squirrel carries it away and once it falls far from it origin it grows." It was a confusing thing to explain. But basically what he wanted to mean was something like they had to go, get away from their 'roots' in order to keep on growing.

The tabby tom frowned; the apprentice had practically read his mind. It was true, though. Maybe this was Starclan's way of sending them a sign? But then.. Why had the awful weather started in the first place? Thoughts crowded his mind, and he stifled a grunt, deciding he would bring it up with Fallstar later. "Perhaps. Don't worry about it, Deadpaw, leave it to me," the darkly lit feline grinned, flicking his tail and nudging the apprentice reassuringly. He didn't want the young cat to have to worry about things like this.

Mistpetal trotted after Shyshadow, her small paws making hardly a sound or dent as they hit the ground. She paused to watch with interest as he began to bury what appeared to be dead catmint, as she hadn't a clue why he would.

He glanced behind him to be sure Mistpetal was following as he went over to Deadpaw and Tigerfoot, setting the bundle of dead catmint down once he reached the other two. "Mistpetal wants to come along too, if that's alright," Shyshadow mewed, tilting his head a little as he spoke to his apprentice and the deputy.
