Tom looked down at Olivia and bit his lip before looking up at his father again. His father placed his hands firmly on Tom's shoulders and lifted him up, he wasnt really bothered by Stephanie's kick, he had his eyes stuck on Tom, Tom was going to be the first to fall "why you quivering boy? Aye, whats got you shaking you [bad word]?" his father yelled, he spat in Tom's face, he could smell the stench of alcohol roll off his tongue as he spat in Tom's face. "Father, stop it, what type of role model are you look what you did! Look what your doing father can you not see your hurting us!" Tom yelled, his voice trembled as he spoke. His father had had enough of it and chucked him. Snorting.

Tom squealed as he got thrown against the wall, he breathed in heavily, gasping for breath that wouldn't seem to come, his head rolled back and lay on the brick wall again, he could feel blood running down his back, the scars must have opened up again. His vision began to fade in and out of focus, he never had good vision anyway but now it was slowly getting worse. He figured he would be better off blind if his poor vision continued. He raised a hand and pressed it to his face in surrender.

He shakily made it to his feet, leaning against the wall for support, tears pricked his eyes as he looked at Olivia and Stephanie. They had to see him for the weakling that he was, they had to see that their big brother cried, they had never seen him cry because he always held a brave face. It was all an act, they didn't know. He closed his eyes and blinked back a train wreck of tears but some managed to roll down his cheeks.

Celina smiled relieved that her daughter got to the toilet in time. She looked at her and let her wash her hands."Your welcome sweetie," she smiled before she picked her up in her arms and held her. She kissed her head and chuckled at her softly. "I guess we will find out when we get down there...what did you want?" she asked her daughter as she walked down stairs and to the kitchen with Lee in her arms. Celina chuckled when she said she was hungry. "Your always hungry bubba," she chuckled as she got to the kitchen and sighed softly and began to think what to have for breakfast.

Iris heard some movement come from upstairs but continued to stay where she was in the kitchen trying to figure out what to make. She suddenly looked up hearing footsteps and saw her eldest son Robin awake. She smiled at him as her dark brown eyes saw him head to the fridge and opened it. "Good Morning Robin," she smiled kindly before she put her glass on the sink and then leaned back on the bench. "How are you this morning?" she asked curiously and smiled before she adjusted her glasses and looked at the time and knew that the others would be up pretty much soon.

Justin heard his sister groan something about him going back to bed. He frowned and whined as he shook his head and continued to bounce on her bed. He saw her roll out of bed and slip on her slippers and cheered excitedly and landed on his butt on the bed as i playful grin was on his features. Two dimples on either side of his face visible. Justin heard Alexia speak about going rollerblading and beamed brightly, "OF COURSE I WOULD!" he said energetically, he sometimes seemed to have endless amount of energy. He smiled as he got of his sister's bed and began to jump up and down on the spot excitedly.

Xavier suddenly felt the cushion of the couch beside him shift as someone sat down on it. He turned his head sharply taken off guard a bit since he was so engrossed in the show he was watching. He saw the famailar face of his younger sister Hannah and shrugged at her first question. "I couldnt sleep," he said simply enough and sighed a bit as he looked down at his now pretty much empty bowl of cereal. Xavier put the bowl down on the coffee table and leaned back in the couch before hearing his sister ask yet another question. He sighed and put his hands behind his head. "It is called Skate it, it is basically all about skateboarding," he answered and kept his electric blue eyes on the tv.

Kayla looked up hearing the familar voice of her older sister and felt her hand on her back. It comforted her the slightest bit. She stood up and wrapped her small arms around her sister's neck as more sobs shook throughout her body. Kayla sighed before calming down now that she was in her sister's arms. "i-i has b-bad dream....where is mummy and da da?" she asked her sister in a quiet soft spoken voice as she looked her sister with her hazel coloured eyes. Kayla felt quite close to Ariana, her older sister. She basically was close to all of her family members.

She put her arms around her little sister ans kissed her cheek. She heard her question and thought for a moment. "Daddys at work and mommy....umm...well I don't know. Let's go find out" she said and stood to her feet holding Kayla. "Where should we look for mommy first?" She asked as she looked around wondering where she could be.

Hannah
She smiled and nodded went he answered her first question. "Sometimes that happens to me as well, I just can't sleep because of a bad dream I had." She said fairly quickly. She looked away from Xavier and to the tv screen and nodded "you like skateboarding?" She asked and looked at him again.

Stephanie Stark
Stephanie, maddened by her father's words, ran forward, kicking him in the stomach. "Just go away!" she pleaded, hoping he'd listen. Nothing she could do, however, would change him, and he knew that. She decided to kick him again, searching for something she could use as the defense. The little ten year old spotted the table, which she could se if needed.

Alexia Wintwefield
Alexia grabbed her jacket and her roller blades from her closet, then started downstairs. "Hey mom," she said. "Kyle and I are going outside." Alexia grabbed a muffin from a plate on the counter, stuffed it into her mouth, and walked outside into the crisp, autumn air.

Before she knew it Tommy was against the wall, Stephanie was screaming and she didn't know what to do, caught in the middle of it. Placing her small hands over her ears she dropped to her knees and huddled there hoping to block it all out and find herself back in bed, waking up from a nightmare.

He poked his head up over the fridge door with a grin and waved back before ducking back down and grabbing a pear. He closed the door and leaned against the countertop as he ate, one hand holding the fruit as the other practiced chords on an invisible guitar. He hummed to himself but it wasn't loud enough to hear.

Kate lay awake on her bed with her phone in hand she didn't really have a reason to get up just yet. She wasn't hungry, or thirsty so Kate lay there for a few minutes on twitter scrolling through the notifications. After a while Kate sat up and exited her room, slipping her phone into her pocket as she did. Kate walked down the corridor, through the kitchen, and then into the living room.Where most of her household was at the moment, Kate sat on a single-seated sofa before pulling out her phone and unlocking it.

He made a face as a pair of feet were placed in his lap, his first thought was to simply shove them off but instead he figured it wasn't worth the effort, not this early in the day anyway. Instead he switched the apple to his left hand and grabbed a few of the strawberries with his right and shoved them in his mouth. "Didn't see those." He mumbled around the strawberries as he chewed them, his over filled mouth slightly open, his brown eyes tired but playful rather than annoyed or angry as she might have expected.

"Of course you didn't see them, I've been hiding them all from you guys. I love strawberries." Celia popped one in her mouth. "You seem like you're in a slightly better mood today." She then pointed out, seeing as he didn't throw her feet off his lap. "Thanking about your lover?" She added on, her own voice playful and with no harsh meaning about it. Celia then saw Kaitlin, her own twin and other half walk into the living room. And as always on her phone. It was rare to see her not looking down at the device. Celia grabbed one of her strawberries and threw it at her sister. "Hi Kaitlin."

He looked from the girls back to the tv and the episode of Grimm that Harrison had been playing. "you should just go to school, even I have to go most of the time just to keep our parents off my back.. your lucky, you can actually do well in school." He sighed softly, he knew he was already failing in three of his subjects; Math, english, and history. It was mo secret he had a hard time in school no matter how much extra help he went to or how much time he spent with tutors.. nothing seemed to help. "unless you think Ari might be there too.. then you could twist my arm into taking the blame for this.. and maybe you could drive?" He had lost his drivers licence over the summer after hitting a tree while on his way home from a party. "you know I can't right now." shrugging, then flushing brightly as Celia mentioned something about his lover. This time he did push her feet off of him. Worrying it had not just been obvious he had been crushing on someone but that she might have guessed one or worse both of his crushs' "You know I don't have one!" Starting to get worked up as he stood, his dark eyes getting nervous and wild, he didn't want anyone to know he had developed feelings for Tom Stark, he wasn't even sure he wanted Tom to know.

Her icy toes now dangled as she clung to her mom giggling. "can I have CANDY?!" Thinking of the halloween leftovers and her own stash from the holiday. "I really like candy!" Being the baby of the family she often got her way but then she also go a lot of hand-me-downs, so she was hopeful but wouldn't throw a fit as long as she still got to eat something sweet.

Celina looked at her daughter and laughed at her excitement about having candy. "No sweetie, it isnt good for you to have candy in the mornings. you know it is only a sometimes food," she said softly and sighed a little. "Maybe sometime during the day okay?" she said gently and and held Lee as she searched through the cupboard and pulled out the fruit loops and grabbed a small plastic bowl for lee. She poured some of the cereal in the bowl and grabbed the milk before pour some of it on the cereal. Celina walked over to the table with Lee and put her down on her seat and placed her bowl and spoon on the table.

Iris smiled as her son peeked over the fridge door and waved a small wave at her. She chuckled a little at his innocence before she sighed and pulled her glasses off. She rubbed her dark brown eyes getting rid of the sleep in them. Iris put her glass back on and saw her son now leaning against the countertable. SHe smiled at him as she noticed him almost playing an invisible guitar. She remembered teaching her children how to draw, paint, play an instrument. She remembered when her once husband was with the kids and would help them every now and then. SHe breathed out a sad sigh and looked down before the sadness faded from her features and a smile replaced it. "How are you this morning?" she asked in a gentle voice as she grabbed some cereal and poured it into a bowl for herself. Iris suddenly heard a voice and looked up seeing Alexia and smiled and nodded. "Okay Alexia. Be careful and look after your brother," she called before she heard Justin and smiled at the energetic boy. She then felt him hug her before he ran off. She chuckled and shook her head before she continued to make her breakfast.

Justin saw his sister, Alexia grab her jacket and rollerblades before he saw her walk out. He quickly ran to his room and grabbed his own rollerblades and ran after his sister. He saw his mum and his older brother RObin and smiled. "HEY MUM!!! HEY ROBIN!!!!" he said excited and hugged his mum and his brother leg before he ran after Alexia and outside. Justin felt the wind hit him and smiled boardly as his eyes lit up even more with excitement.

Xavier heard her sister speak about her having a bad dream and turned his head. His electric blue eyes looked at her with concern. He may be reserved from the family sometimes but he did care about each member of his family deeply. "What was your dream about?" he asked in a soft voice with concern as he watched closely. Xavier heard her say something about him liking skateboarding. "Yeah, i love skateboarding, i have always since i was like ten," he said with a slight smile before he ran a hand through his hair and messed it up.

Kayla felt her sister's arms around her before feeling her kiss her cheek which reassured her slightly. She rubbed her eyes before hearing her sister answer her question. Kayla felt her lift her up into her arms and kayla rested her head on her sister's shoulder as she rubbed her hazel eyes gently. "Maybe she is her room?" she suggested and hoped they would find their mum.
