Unfortunately, you would have to completely redo all your lines (except for the feathers you drew) because you put it all on layer 1, which is the background layer.

You should probably color the first layer completely white like it was before (or delete it) and create a new layer for your lines.

That wouldn't work, because you drew on the background layer, so your lines have white color all around them.
