3) What are the limits as to what Plumerians can do as anthros? Are there any?
Nope! No limits. c:

4) What are some tips or tricks to using a Plumie you own in a story you're writing for a contest for another Plumie? Things to avoid doing and so on. ^^;

Well, focus on the character most of all and really connect to it, subliminally that will show the artist that you're really devoted to the character and that you put a lot of time developing them! Also try to think of unique sections
Things to avoid;; - Walls of text can be overbearing - Random sections such as "likes/dislikes" are frowned upon because they don't really add anything to your character when they're just random lists. - Avoid making the form about you, sections like "THIS IS WHO I AM AND THIS IS WHY I SHOULD WIN" are unnecessary when they take up most of your form, the artist is more concerned about the character you're creating, they don't pick someone based off of how many plumerians they have. c:
Also, if you do something like a disability or a non binary gender, make sure you respectively portray it! They're 100% OK to use, as long as you're doing it justice.
