Arcadia: She has a lilting voice, though not a specific accent
Ebi: He has a Japanese accent when speaking Italian (which he's learning) but not in English
Marce: Yes, he has a primitive accent since he learned spoken English by ear through immersion out of necessity over the last year, but he still doesn't quite have it perfectly. Before then he had never really had to speak much English except for the trade language.
How did/does you plume feel about school?Ren: Xe rarely went and felt confined whenever xe had gone
Arcadia: She liked it alright, though her "school" was an apprenticeship with a master herbalist from a young age
Ebi: Ebi loved school, though he had trouble with his high school and university entry exams and didn't get into his first choices.
Marce: Marcellus never had any "schooling" so to speak. He was trained in the ways of his people, but taught himself to read through some books he managed to get from the traders his people occasionally traded with.
What is your plumies favorite holiday?Ren: Fourth of July and Guy Fawkes Day
Arcadia: Ēostre (Ostara)
Ebi: 文化の日 (Bunka no hi - Culture Day)
Marce: He doesn't have one yet because the only holidays he grew up with were surrounding battle and the celebration of bravery and fertility.
Been doing a little more developement with Marcellus's history and ended up doodling this today which pretty much summarizes most of his youth:
Even after victory in the fight to the death battle of honor that took his eye, his father could only criticize the fact that he had shown the other any mercy at all and shows no concern over Marce's serious wounds. And poor Marce not showing how much it hurts because he knows he's expected to not feel pain or pity for others, even though the one he just killed had been his friend
and unrequited love from another tribe.
