Scarlets tail wagged as well as he responded in a friendly tone. "Oh I'm scarlet." Said the usually shyer female, however at the moment her shyness was hidden. She tilted her head at him curiously "So do you live here?" She asked curiously wondering if she had accidentally wandered into his territory.

After the female had met his eyes he knew she knew he was there. He waited a second longer before holding out and biting onto the deers back leg holding it there. In a hunt alone you had to be precise and kill with one blow, but with others you could be a little less precise. He held it so it wouldn't be able to escape the female when she attacked.

"No, I roam," the male barked, smiling. "And I'm Ren. Nice to meet you, Scarlet." He got up and stretched, then sat down, long legs outstretched.

She leaped out and bit the deer's neck, holding onto it until it stopped squirming. She released it, her muzzle stained red.

The female jumped on the big rock and sat there thinking about something to do and said to him "what is your name." she said looking at him and tilted her head.

The male smiled. "I'm Leo. Who are you?" He wagged a bit.

"i am Jay..." she said smiling looking at him and added "i like your name." she said smiling glancing at the forest behind her,and then flicked her ears hearing a loud bark and shivered and asked "did you hear that?" she said looking at him.

"I like yours, too." Leo heard the bark and snorted. "They're just noisy Maned Wolves like us." He sighed, lying down.

she looked at the male and sniffed him and spread her heat spread hearing crunching noises like someone walking on leaves and saw a bunny and raced after it and caught it when it was very tired and brought it back and said "want it?" she said dropping it.

"You can have it," the male said, smirking as he smelled her heat.

she smelt the bunny and ate a little and laid on the grass liking the sun with her heat sent spreading even more.

"So," Leo said, clearing his throat, "Anything I can help you with? Or anything you want to do?"
