three years ago, your world ended. or so it
seemed... the car accident shouldn't have
happened. that's the only thing everyone
can agree on. it was stupid, really. all your
lives, adults had drilled it into your heads to
make the right decisions. one wrong move,
they had warned, and you could lose everything.
you never imagined how right they could be.

two dead; three injured; and three walked away
unscathed. nothing would ever be the same again.
you tried to stay friends. you really did. in those
first few months, you talked every day. you tried to
hang out as a group. but unspoken resentment
seemed to taint the air when you were together.
fights began to break out more and more frequently.
you began to make excuses as to why you couldn't
hang out together. you had a job interview, your dog
had to go to the vet, you had class, you were too busy...

you drifted apart and eventually you just stopped
calling one another. you moved on. got a job,
went to college. weeks, months, and eventually
years began to pass. you could almost forget
about the night that changed everything. and then
the letter came. your old high school was having a
reunion. you don't want to go. but somebody, a friend
or family member, maybe your significant other, urges
you to go. to make amends with what happened
in the past. so you agree. you pack your bags,
buy a plane ticket, and head back home. back to
berry hill, tennessee. a place you never expected
to see again.

This is a Semi Literate to Low Literate Roleplay.
That means I expect your Spelling, Grammar,
and Punctuation to be Decent at the very least.
I know everybody gets Writer's Block, but that
can't be your excuse every single time. I expect
no less than 6 lines WITH Writer's Block, and 9+
without. Lines, not sentences.

Because there are limited spots, I am only allowing
ONE character for now. If, at a later date, we have
like one or two characters open then and everybody
wants to start I will allow someone to make a
second character.

on this page. Also, I ask you disable your Signatures
before posting.

were just kids, the others followed him faithfully. He is
a natural born leader. He is loyal, warm, and friendly. He
was always popular in school. He came out of the
accident seemingky unscathed. But while he wasn't
physically injured, he does have a few mental scars he's
yet to overcome. He blames himself for the accident
because he was the one who was driving. He thinks he
was the one who killed Sammy and Izzy. That he personally
injured three of his friends. He didn't want to return home,
but his mom insisted he needed closure so he agreed.

guy, one who can always be counted on to make you laugh,

kbown to take things too far. He walked away without an
injury, and he knows the accident wasn't entirely his fault.
He tried harder than anyone (except maybe the Innocent)
to keep the group together. The hardest part of the accident
for him was the death of the Intelligent's younger sister Isabel.
Though he and Izzy wouldn't admit it to Izzy's brother, they
had been secretly dating. He had been 19 and she almost 16.

smart. He was street smart too. He was always the

a little sister to him. He lost a lot in the accident. His
Freshman brother and sister, Sammy and Isabel, were with
them when they crashed. It was one of the few times he'd
allowed alcohol to cloud his judgement. Because of this,
he blames himself for their deaths. on top of that, he was
badly injured in the accident. His throat was severely
damaged. The trauma caused him to become Mute. He
hasn't said a word since the accident that tore his family
apart. He secretly suspects his parents blame him as well.

loved color. Now, she can't even see the world she loves so much.
Sadly, she lost her eyesight in the car accident. Her
eyes had been badly injured and when she woke from the
coma she found herself in a world of darkness. Still, she
hasn't let it discourage her in the least.

would never let you down. The accident hit her pretty hard.
After all, she was the only one who hadn't been drinking. She
should have stopped them... right? Or at the very least she
should have taken the keys. Should have drove them home
herself. But she hadn't been thinking. None of them had.
Still, she blames herself. She is petrified of seeing the others.
If her best friend hadn't insisted, she wouldn't have agreed.

quite as smart as the Intelligent but smart nonetheless. She
got excellent grades, had a promising future. The accident
didn't change that... but it did change her. She became
withdrawn and angry. She refuses to see any of her old
friends and has given up her dreams of collefe. Now, she
just sits at home wallowing in self-pity. She's probably the
worst off in the group. Her spine was damaged pretty badly.
She wound up paralyzed from the waist down and is now
confined to a wheelchair.

the preset relationships can be changed
as the roleplay goes along. couples can
get together, break up, cheat on one
another... the more drama the better!

the Goofball & the Leader
the Leader and the Goofball used to be best
friends. they stopped talking about a year
after the accident but their friendship began
to fail shortly before the accident. the Goofball
accused the Leader of leading both the Innocent
and the Levelheaded on. the Leader denied this
and they got into a huge fight.

the Kind x the Intelligent
the Kind and the Intelligent have always been two
peas in a pod. the Intelligent always thought of the
Kind as more of a little sister. however, he does have
some feelins towards her. he's just never considered
actually acting on them. the Kind has been in love with
the Intelligent since they were about six. he stood up
for her during their class spelling bee when she failed
to spell a word correctly and another studenr started to
pick on her.

the Levelhead & the Innocent x the Leader
the Levelheaded has always been slightly bitter towards
the Innocent. the Levelheaded has harbored feelings for
the Leader and is jealous of the close relationship the
Innocent has with him. the Innocent harbors no such
resentment towards the Levelheaded which just makes
the Levelheaded feel guilty.

the Innocent x the Leader
the Innocent and the Leader have always been close. at
one point, when he was about seven years old and she
was about five, the Levelheaded demanded to know if
the Leader liked the Innocent. even back then she was
rather jealous. the others jumped in, teasing and urging
the Leader to admit he had feelings for her. feeling trapped
the Leader had shouted he could never like such an ugly
girl. the Innocent had just smiled sadly and he had run
off. later, he apologized. although they've never said
anything, they both have feelings for the other. but she
believes he thinks she is ugly and he doesn't think he has
a chance with her.

the Goofball x the Levelheaded
the Goofball has always had a crush on the Levelheaded.
that's why he got mad at the Leader. he thought his friend
was leading the Levelheaded and the Innocent on and he
couldn't stand to see her get hurt. his feelings developed
later on. he didn't start liking her until high school. then he
fell in love with the Intelligent's sister, Izzy, and started
dating her. his feelings for the Levelheaded are slowly
starting to come back.
