I've fallen in love with the top China boy so I'm looking for a bit of help for my form which is linked above c:
I'd love any critique on what I have so far. I'd also love for anyone to point out any coding mishaps or typos c:
I mainly need art - especially group pieces with his family - and Plumerians I can use in my form. He's going to be a little explorer / sailor little guy, so any Plumerian with experience in either of those fields would be fantastic <3

Is it possible for Non-Owners to ask 2 Owners who's Plumerians are Mates to breed them together ?

I suppose that it is possible, yes - but I would advise against it unless you know the owners very well. Most people would be very, very hesitant to gift someone who they don't know a baby from their plumies, and it would most likely come across as begging; I'm guessing that the majority would say no. You're better off trying to win a plumie instead, especially with Non-owner November going on and some Christmas stuff which is also coming soon. ^w^
