Larkbreeze tensed for a moment, the sandpaper quality of his tongue scraped the still-raw wounds, but she quickly relaxed and sighed. "That no-good Shadow ruined everything. But we really do need to get going, before another patrol comes by. It's late and I'm tired and cold, and my face stings and I really just want to curl up in my nest and sleep for the next moon." She touched her nose to his cheek as thanks, then turned and headed for the EarthClan camp slowly.
