You may have the power of electricity if you would like, though this is supposed to be kind of natural so is to okay with you of your powers were not biological, but made in a lab? If not that is totally fine. Just don't forget to fill out a form.

Personality: He's a little shy and distant, and it takes him a while to adjust to new people. But he tries to come off as nice as much as possible. However if this fails, he has a very short circuit and tries to avoid any contact.
History: He was once what he considers now a "normal". He was one of the few who were abducted and had their powers forced into them. Their intentions were to make him have earth powers, and they succeeded - but they were unaware of how advanced he was. One day after a load of exhausting genetic tests, Michael used his abilities to escape. However he didn't know what all he was capable of, and he accidentally caused one known death, and several injuries. Since, he's gone into hiding, trying to keep his abilities as secret as possible.
Are they in hiding: Of course. He has to be.
