Hazelpool flicked her tail, she noticed another cat had entered her den, "oh.. I got attacked by a fox.. not that long ago." She said, placing leaves on her cuts. She sighed, then looked around. Wind rushed threw her den, brushing her flank. She flicked her ear when she heard more paw-steps near by, "well.. I should rest now. Thanks for checking in." She said softly. Then stretched her paws out and carefully put her head on her orange paws.

Crystalrain padded along the forest floor, her fur ruffled up against the cold winds. Her belly, swollen with kits, swung gently side to side as she walked. The queen's ears pricked up as she heard a ruffling in a fern near by. As she dropped into a hunting crouch, a squirrel shot up into the nearby tree. She had always been a good tree climber, and she hadn't had a meal in 3 days. Can I risk it? Crystalrain thought to herself as she neared the tree, the squirrel chattering above. Making her decision, she make a leap for the tree and started to climb up. When she reached the branch the squirrel was sitting on, about 3 paw lengths away. Reaching out carefully, she stretched her neck out and opened her jaws, the oblivious squirrel chewing contentedly on a nut. Snapping her jaws shut, she made the killing bite. As she padded out the leap down, the branch cracked, sending Crystalrain plummeting to the ground. The queen yowled in pain as the branch slashed angrily at her exposed belly and passed her. She hit the ground with a crack as a fiery pain ripped through her hips and back legs as they hit a rock.

((yep, Lilywave X3)) Lilywave padded out of the den, bored, deciding she would hunt, she spotted a mouse and began chasing it to a tree, the mouse stopped, and lilywave dropped into the hunters crouch and pounced at it, killing it with a swift blow. She looked up curiously as the smell of an injured cat fell over her, she took a few paces forward, and widened her eyes as she saw it was Crystalrain lying on a rock nearby the tree. Lilywave muttered under her breath. ''I'll take you too the medicine cat,'' Too dazed to wonder whether she was conscious or not.

((SO sorry...been gone on vacation then went to camp! ahhh! and just BTW, Crystalrain was a loner, no one knows her...))

Crystalrain fought to keep her eyes open as a she-cat dragged her along. Warm blood oozed from her stomach and was leaving a trail of where she had been. Her hips and back legs looked limp and mangled in an awkward, twisted position. The pain was almost unbearable as the poor she-cat dragging her hauled her tremendous weight determinedly through the forest. Taking the biggest breath she could, she meowed out pitifully "Thank you...". Her breath caught in her throat and she became silent again. Picking up her head, she looked around her. Crystalrain opened her mouth slightly and caught the scent of many cats. They had to be almost to camp. Her vision was becoming blurry and her eyes slipping closed. Finally, she gave in and became unconscious.

Lilywave took the she-cat to the medicine cats den. She placed the body beside Hazelpool. ''Hazelpool?'' She meowed. ''I found this cat outside camp, she looks like she's going to have kits!'' She meowed urgently, ignoring the Wide eyed elder.

Coalfur shook his head, unbeliving that this much could happen in one day. This is a disaster! He thought.

Hazelpool glanced at Lilywave with anger. "The Clan wont be to happy ocne they find out that you've brought a mouse-brain in camp." She grumbled, closing her eyes lightly.
