I'm a fan of this pps. Might even concider a hoard. I love it better then the mirmalks the shaggies the pointed ears by moonflight and I LOVED all those. Its even better then the Kirin dog! Of course this is all my opinion...

Anyways the dogs are ALL awesome and the artists ALL DID AMAZING but... Equimagine. Your pps stole my heart

I love the dino pup. I like the fact that it's a PPS too - though I am a little mixed over it because this is one outcome I would absolutely love to see the adult version of.

Omg we got a little dragon pps :3 I love dragons,because its like the only thing I can draw. It's almost cartoonish and I'm VERY impressed with equi, it's much more than I expected of her My new favorite staffie!!!!!!!! I don't really think ears would make a difference, people would find something else to complain about.

Me too, but I have a fondness for PPSes so I'm not too disappointed about it. Hopefully sometime down the line there will be a GUPPS of it.

I almost panicked when I saw nothing new in my litterpile, then figured the last pup had grown (I had no blankets left). What a surprise when I saw it!

There's one thing to be said about the pup, and that's that it's definitely unique. No one expects a pup to become dinopup, and there's nothing like dinopup.

I think a great deal of the disjointed feelings I (and others) initially have about the pup come from its unexpectedness, and our tendency to emphasis form on something we're used to. We know what a pup looks like, so when such a major lineart edit like this comes out and gets rid of many of the pup's defining features - ears, tail - and replaces them with something new, while the essential line art remains the same (especially on the lower body). Our brains are frantically trying to find the familiar, and they're not.

Does the pup look a bit awkward without ears? Sure, but it also doesn't need them. That's the glory of dinosaurs and other lizardy creatures. To me, I think the more bothersome thing is the retaining of the legs and toes, which don't look dino like to me.

I'll admit, it's not a favorite of mine. I like fluffy things, and lizards/reptiles/dinosaurs etc are not fluffy. But that's no fault of the artist, and I think the brave daring and unique lineart should definitely be commended.

Now, off to get one of my own.

I think it looks creepy, personally. Its kind of a cool idea though, it seems Tyr and Equi paired up (possibly just by accident) with the Kirin and Dragon Pups....Hmmmmm.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion on this though. I AGREE WITH THE ABOVE QUOTED STATMENTS.

We really should be grateful for the pets. If you don't like it, don't adopt it.

The problem with this, in this case, is that there were 12 other unique designs, from a myriad of different artists. Also, the pets all look exactly the same when they're adopted, so that holds no water.

You know what I just noticed? Equimagine seems to really like the dots and stripes combination. If you compare this one to the one from last year, you'll see that. I think that's pretty cool.
