(hm, lets being the roleplay, and see if anyone else joins, okay? We begin on the small fishing island of Helmspeak, only a days journey from Reverse Mountain. It is the South Blue equivalent to Loguetown, and undoubtedly has bounty hunters and marines roaming the area for hopeful pirates.)

"Spirit Step" Bannagan Cilia - 18 - Captain of the Siren Pirates - On the Ship

Cilia paced back and forth aboard her boat, The Silver Siren, her brow furrowed and her mouth a thin line. Line. Line. so many lines. First the Red Line, then the Grand Line. "We need at least ten bags of flour, plenty of dried fruit, a variety of vegetables, rice, meat, cant forget the meat.."She muttered under her breath, listing the items off on her fingers. She glanced at the Log Pose on her wrist, and smiled a bit. They were finally doing it! They were almost to their destination, the pirates graveyard, the ocean of dreams. Their fates awaited on those turbulent seas. Stopping her pacing, Cilia straightened herself and looked out onto the ocean, knowing Reverse Mountain lay just beyond its mysterious depths.

Personality: Cloud is uselessly very lazy, Mostly in hot weather or when he's bored. He can so bored,that when something interesting happen, he lost his state of mind to do anything. Cloud is often runs off at the mouth and spit big game. At times,he can't back up what he say most of the time and it gets him into a world of trouble. Cloud enjoys playing tricks and pranks on other people..just like a teenager. He haves a bad attitude and is Stubborn like a mule. The young Fishman thinks he can handle most things by his self. Whenever he does,he backs out. He shows alot of cowardly most of the time
Cloud Is not really selfish at all. He shares things with others,even if he doesn't really want. He's quick to react when it comes to helping others out. He enjoys keeping up with daily things(oddly) and helping people with ideas.Cloud can get annoyed very easily,so he's hot-head sometimes. Basically,he haves the same personality of any normal teenage boy

History:( his history is very long, so i'll shorten it)
Cloud lived in fishman lsland with his uncle, since his parents paid him no mind. Him, his uncle and a couple hung around in the new fishman district. the group of fishmen and merfolk supported humans, creating a group that one day would help unite the two races at last. Cloud became interested when his uncle told him a story of when he was a Navigator for human pirates. Cloud took it apond his self to learn how to become a good Navigator like his uncle. During his studies, fishman island was attack by a large group of human hunter that manged to spread alot of chaos. cloud some how escaped, remembering what his uncle said about not hating humans.

After he left fishman island,Cloud was taken in by a woman in her daughter who shared the same dreams as him. Two had plans to set sea together,but his "sister" was attacked by an illness. Her wish was for cloud to set to sea without her, so he left a few days after to only find his traveling with an Ex Navigator by the name of Fizz. A middle age human man with the turtle-turtle devil fruit. He lost his crew in a terrible storm and ended up near the ended up in his current location. The two manged to find a lisland in the grand line with an abandoned lab on it. With the help of fizz,Cloud mad the map of the lsland and went to explore in the lab. Inside in a room full of wire,they found a devil fruit labed "Number 12" . When cloud reached for it, he tripped an alarm. The two of them manged to escape the lab and lsland

Once their mini adeventure was done at the lab, Fizz had dropped him off at Baterilla, an lsland located in the south blue

Cloud lounged on the flat land of the lighthouse. Thankfully, that creepy old man wasn't there yo harass him with boring stories and stuff. A fishing rod he made was planted firmly on the ground and the line dangled in the water. It was more easy for him just to go in the water and fish, but doing it the human way was more fun.
