Hey Blue, jut a suggestion, but I've noticed how many unhappy reviews you've gotten on your poll.
A way to help your shop's rating would be to lower your prices. The advance signature makers like Sea Breeze do not need to change anything. My suggestion is to keep your prices down until you become a little more advanced.

I have amazing people that make Signatires here and including me. Some people just want to be funny and give a 1 usually, that's why and I see a lot of people with the same price.
