THE TIME GAMES (Not accepting!)

Sasha looked up quickly, hearing something. She was about to get up, but thought better of it, not wanting to permanently hurt her leg. She'd get up if she needed to. She took her gun out, just in case. "Jack," she called, as he was the closest person from her at the moment, "I think I hear something or someone in the bushes." She wondered if it was axe-guy. He had run away with most of his allies when the robot exploded. She figured he'd want revenge even more, now...

Jack was about to get up and check it out when a panicking girl literally fell into their camp. Her clothes were torn and she looked as if she had been running from something. He raised his gun, which was naturally set to stun.

I fell to the ground, looking up at the others with terror. Please don't hurt me! I cried, shuffling away from them. Please, I don't know where I am...

Sasha stared suspiciously at the newcomer.

Jack frowned. "Who are you?" He asked, taking a step forward and towering over the girl.

I cowered. M-my name's Delilah... I said, still trying to shift away. I was with m-my friend, we were ex-experimenting w-with t-time travel, and I ended up here... I whimpered, curling into the fetal position and trying to look nonthreatening. Are you g-going t-to k-k-kill m-me? I worked up tears, my face hopeless.

Jack paused. "No." he said. "But you are not going anywhere for now." He glanced at Sasha and the Doctors, wondering what they thought of the newcomer.

Sasha shrugged, uncertain. On one hand, Delilah could be lying, but on the other hand, if they didn't help her, they could be rejecting someone who needed their help.

Jack helped Delilah to walk into their camp, indicating that she sit near Sasha. He gave Sasha a significant look- watch her- before returning to his watch post once more.

I obeyed Jack's silent orders and watched him return to his post. I made sure the camera would see where he stood watch from. Then I turned to the other girl. Do you know what's going on? I asked in a shaky voice. The whole killing thing... It's just so... terrifying.

Sasha watched the girl, suspicious. "Yeah..." She answered, hesitantly. She had been pretty trusting earlier, with Jack, the Doctor, and everyone else currently in the camp, but now, it was different. Maybe it was the trap, maybe it was the sheer number of Axe guy and the robot's allies, but she wasn't so enthusiastic about making friends here anymore.

I shivered and stared into the darkness across camp. How'd you get here? I asked, staring off into space and pretending to think about my time-traveling friend. Naturally it was all made up, but I needed to convince them to trust me. Annabelle said so.

"...Vortex manipulator," Sasha answered slowly. "Nothing fancy, I was just going back to my own camp when I ended up here instead." It was the truth. Sasha didn't believe that information would be much use if this girl wasn't on their side, anyway.
