History: Skylar was born into the world as a spoiled rich kid - getting what ever she wanted, when she wanted, but she never did want anything. When she found out about the program, she begged her parents to let her go, always wishing to have some sort of powers since she was young.
Likes: A lot of things, mainly the sky and what ever to do with weather
Dislikes: Not much, except the zombies
Strengths: The wind and her smarts

We will start when all 5 Guardians and a few normal human's(at least 2) are made. and as for how it will start, Loner's will start where-ever they feel like, and people in the group will be starting in a hotel. :3
