Alright, I think I finally figured out what was wrong while I was trying to install Forge.

It wouldn't install (and thus let me play any mods) without having launched the cooresponding version of Minecraft.

So hopefully part of the problem is fixed now.

The other part is getting all those other Minecraft versions back, because they all seem to have disappeared from my profile settings.

I only have 1.8 and 1.7.10 listed now.

EDIT: Never mind, guys.

They're back now.

Has anyone been experiencing a problem with their tamed wolf teleporting to them? The other day I tamed a wolf (It was certainly tamed, I dyed her collar) and began walking home. I ran, it was getting dark, then turned around to find that she wasn't there. I retraced my steps to find her just standing there in the distance. After getting a certain distance away from them, they don't teleport, but instead just stand there. This occurs only in 1.8 as far as I've noticed, but 1.7.10 is fine.

Is anyone a very experienced builder? I'm looking for someone to build me a nice pvp, factions, and raiding base. I want it bomb-proof,pretty much. I can pay you with CS stuff, FR, AJ, Howrse, or wajas. It MUST be pretty big, since I might have a few friends living with me, such as Rhso. As for the inside of it, you may do whatever you like. Okay, for those of you who have played the Minestuck mod before:

How can you extract the kernelsprite from the Cruxtruder?

And what does a First Guardian look like, and can it be tamed if it is a tameable mod?

No, I have absolutely no intention of finding a wold First Guardian, taming him, naming him Becquerel, and dumping him in my kernelsprite no way no how.

Started playing Feed the Beast Ultimate yesterday, and wow, there are so many new ores. Before this, I mostly played on vanilla, with the exception of occasionally using Voxel Maps. I don't even know what to do with all of the new stuff like uranium, tin, quartz crystal, xythroium..?, amber....
Does anyone know of some sort of crafting guide for FTB Ultimate? It would help a lot, there is so much new stuff that there's no way I'm gonna find it all out by myself. XD
