My mum has promised to take me thrift store shopping next week. So I can look for dresses for my Eevee and Princess Luna cosplays.
I spent a couple of hours last night sketching out designs for Galashy and picking colours.
I know people have cosplayed her in her gala dress before. But I want to do something different, and I'm actually taking some of my inspiration from elsa's dress from frozen.
at this point I'm thinking long yellow dress, with the green cape.
and using butterfly shaped rhinestones for the clip and the one on the chest
A pair of flats painted green with the ribbon attatched for the shoes.

i got my corpse bride wig for Halloween and I am so happy. The wig we got is great and the material is absolutely amazing. I was really nervous because we ordered it online and it didn't look that great but I am so happy that we did.
I also got my wedding dress and veil for it and we got a bunch of blue spray paint. But I have a question and if someone could help me, that would be great.
So I have to put a bunch of body paint on my arms but can you spray paint your body? I would put body paint on my face but I have to do all my arms and I was wondering if it would sweat off or smear? Any help would be great, thanks!

Spray paint does NOT wash off easily from your skin (not to mention some spray paint is very toxic) so I would avoid it at all costs. I do a lot of spray painting for my cosplays and it takes days to wash off completely. I wouldn't want to have to go into work/school with my skin still half blue.
My friends and I are trying to think of a large (8 people committed, could be many more) cosplay group for a convention next September (it's a huge con so we always plan ahead). My friends want to do Marvel comics but I hate Marvel comics passionately. I wouldn't say no if that's what everyone else wanted to do, but I'm trying to think of something else to convince them.
What is a cool group (8+ people) costume that you think would be rad?
Note that this is for a pop culture convention, not an anime convention. We could still do anime but it'd have to be a really huge popular series for people to know what it is (for example like One Piece or Sailor Moon).
Ideally we want to do a video game!

WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOP
I passed my course
So I can get started on my eevee cosplay for a cosplay zoo trip in december.
My mum has promised to take me op shopping for my eevee base dress tomorrow.
and I got a free piece of black material to make the inner part of the ears from work. - I'm gonna see if I can pick up a piece of white fur that is probably still there when I'm in tomorrow (Working at an op shop is kinda a win when your a cosplayer)
I'll have a dig around tomorrow to see if I can find any brown felt - if not - A trip to the fabric store is in order (well it's in order anyway as I need brown faux fur for the fluffy tail

well the majority of the games i play are all weeb anime games, but some good ones would be from the persona series! it's a great game series and it's pretty popular. other big series that are easy to pull huge stuff out of that aren't exactly video games but are still very popular are my little pony and vocaloid because there are just so, so many. if you're into rpgmaker game series, the mogeko games would be good, especially the gray garden or wadanohara and the great blue sea, or even just the mogeko universe in general, since there are so many characters. those are gaining popularity, but they're not super duper popular. anyway, have fun!
