"Okay," Spottedkit meowed, sitting down. She looked over at her 'sister'. "So what do you think will . . . happen?" she asked, not really thinking. She glanced over at Thrushfur then looked back at Fawnkit.

The she-cat nodded. "We'll find some place to sleep when we get to there" She mewed to the group of cats. Flicking her tail to indicate that they should go hunting she began to scent the air, hopes of picking some faint trail up if she could at all.

Bristlepelt looked at the dirt for a while thinking. "Alright, I think your right. Smaller, more often patrols. But when you put an apprentice on one of these patrols I want at least two expirenced warriors with them. I can educate everyone on how the Infected should be handled and then give the senior warriors regular lessons on it. And we will put any territory past the lake off limits and any areas around the twoleg place unless we get desprate.," He meowed carefully. "This is going to change so much, he sighed before continuing, "Also we need to up the camp's security and probably make cleaning a lot more important in case we can get rid of early infections like that."

"Alright. We should probably hold a meeting to lay down the plans to the others. After we can send a hunting party, considering the supplies are low, and later, once they've returned, a patrol. While they're doing that, the rest of us can we working on fixing up the boarders to the camp, strengthening the entrance, maybe add back exits to all dens in case if emergency, and even add a better watch to the camp at all times." The black tom meows, let his golden eyes land on Bristlepelt. "It may be a lot...but it is all we can do, for now, to prevent any thing from happening." Pausing a moment, Crowflight narrowed his eyes in tight, tail tip twitching. "I also suggest one more thing...We should have the medicine cats look into this disease, try and talk Starclan or something, and try and find some alternate cute being...offing the victim."

Bristlepelt nodded. "Thats a good start. I'll go address the clan now. The sooner we start all this the better." Bristlepelt drew a paw over his ear and turned to bound away. He hated all this had to be done but he knew he could do anything to protect his clan. He sprang up the rocks to the top of the high ledge (do we have a high ledge, rock pile, or what ???). He sat up on the rocks silent for a few seconds, admiring the clan. Briefly, he wondered if he would ever stand up here as leader. "All cats old enough to catch their own prey, please join me for a clan meeting," he yowled to the clan.

Vividpool went to sit for the clan meeting.

Crowflight nodded briskly and followed him at a slower pace before taking his temporary spot next to high ledge as the stand-in deputy. He silently waited, watched as cats withdrew from their dens.

Thrushfur pulled herself warily to get paws, bidding her single kit to follow. Fawnkit sighed and got up, glancing back at the other kits.

Blizzardfall was already out of her den and making her way towards the rock, taking a seat close to hear better.

Timberpaw followed Blizzardfall closely.

Spottedkit ran after Fawnkit and Thrushpelt.

Reveriedaze left her kits within the Nursery, she made her way out but laid just barely out of the Nursery and looked to Crowflight, the stand-in, before looking up at Bristlepelt. She focused her vision on Volantstar and the rest for a few moments, they all seemed to be doing well for now so she felt assurance in her calm mind.

Feverkit, not liking the idea of abandonment from his mother, trailed after her rather quickly, picking up his pace and following her out, he made his way to her side, laying down at the crook of her appendages and resting his head there, feeling sleepy.

Warrex gathered at the area, looking up at Bristlepelt, his ears prickled curiously with attention. He was actually somewhat disgusted withthese clan cats. Mangy, filled with fleas, they scratched and bit themselves and what a terrible smell expelled off of them. Disgusting! Well, as long as he was the hero of them, the one to save them, which he knew he was, he was satisfied.
