i have been best friends with this girl for four years, and we have never fought. shes my best friend and i would take a bullet for her. i started to develop feelings for her, but im afraid if i ask her out, one: we're both girls and she might not be lesbian. two: i am afraid she wont feel the same way and it would ruin our friendship. any help would be amazing!

The only way to get through this is to be honest. If she is a truly good friend she won't ditch you, and if she does, you would know she wasn't really worth it anyways. Also, if you don't know her sexuality, just ask! It might be awkward trying to ask but I suggest a sleepover because people feel more open.

Okay, I dated a guy before and I have had many crushes on people so I pretty much am experienced with this stuff:
Here comes the long rant for me!

My first major crush: Was a basketball player who was pretty much liked by all the girls in the school. He was so hot and the most funniest guy on the planet. Don't get me wrong but sometimes he could be rude, but he wasn't rude at all to me.

So how did I start to like this guy is the question. Well he was in a lot of my core classes and his locker was right next to me. It wasn't hard to miss him. In several of those classes he sat near me or next to me and pretty much I had some major, butterfly-lifting, stomach lurching, crush on him. I liked him for almost a year o-o Girls would like some guy for a long time and won't stop liking them. Usually from my perspective girls can sometimes stalk guys with social accounts or find information about you somehow so they don't seem to be left out in a conversation with you. Every time they talk to their crush, their heart will probably accelerate super fast, they would blush like a tomato, and their voice will shake. Sometimes they get so nervous they say the wrong things. They feel like they are overwhelmed and just want to melt like puddy in your hands. Yeah o-o This is only if they have a major, huge, crush on you.

Yes I did all this around this guy. His name was Rhys I forgot to mention. Not Rice, but pronounced like Reese. What else? Oh yeah, girls would do huge mistakes around their crush on accident and when people say they like that guy they would get really mad with you and start to push themselves to the limits to get this guy first. Yes, jealousy is the word. If they are shy, they would just be uncomfortable by this. Depends on the person and personality.

Oh and yes. Girls would want to keep it a secret away from their crush that they like them even though it's obvious. And sooner or later if you ask them who their crush is they are going to tell you or give at least hints to the person who asks. If their crush asks they are going to say NO! and run away possibly.

For girls: Guys are hard to read o-o

Okay, back to story time for me. So I liked Rhys for like forever. He would always tease me and give me nicknames. Like he told me I was his little peach! Heart warming moment <3 I even had dreams about him .-. Until during the middle of the year sooner, he liked me back! HAPPY DAY! It was a rumor of course, (don't believe them they will mess you up. I will show you why.) Okay so all that people saying that they had a crush on him... blah,blah,blah I got jealous. All that I said above happened. Yes, I stalked him, this was my first crush and all first crushes are usually not going to work out! Your going to mess up and it's your first time! Sorry it's reality. So then the worst day happened. One of my best friends claimed to have told my crush I liked him and spread rumors around the whole school. I got so mad that I texted him... "Hey, I need to tell you something," And then, I told him... I was scared he wouldn't like me ever again. I was deathly scared. Now this is why you don't believe in things without knowing for sure!

Okay your wondering what happened? Alright, so I told my friend about my crush and this evil girl who likes him back. She's just evil... (Rhys hates her too) Now this is when my mistake comes in from frustration. I showed her a picture of them by sending a text to her. I asked her 5 minutes later if she got them... She said no. And when I looked back at the pictures, I sent it to him!

I know, ouch right? We all make mistakes. I didn't go to school in the morning, but came in later. After that day, I didn't like him again, knowing he was going to hate me forever. I tried to figure out how to delete them but nothing worked. It was my worst day ever. Happy days will go to bad soon. I still don't like him to this day.

Now girls, be careful out there! I later found out how much of a jerk he was. He was just perserving my feelings. And of course jocks are usually rude. I said usually! Not always! I knew he was going to break my heart some day and I'm actually glad I don't like him. But sometimes a little voice inside me says, "You could have been his girlfriend if you didn't send that text!

But anyway, just be careful who you like. It always doesn't matter about looks but it's also about their personality. I had a boyfriend later at the end of the year after that. He was a very great guy to hang out with. (Lol I broke up with him later .-.) So now I'm a loner again and I'm proud of it! Guys will not always make you happy! And to be honest don't get your life totally involved in a guy, because if they break your heart your going to be mentally shut down. I learned this, and I experienced it and now I know I can try again with a better way of handling this.

Can say from experience, boyfriend is/was a football jock. They're going to be rude at first, and they're usually brash. So don't get into a that sort of relationship if you can't handle the attitude.

Okay so I have a crush on this guy (Let's call him T) and I have liked him for a while. Now T is very athletic and plays football, wrestling, basketball and track. He also is in choir and band. Now here is the crazy part. So technically we are the same age, but because his parents held him back a year because that's what the state said was best to do, he is a grade lower than me. He and I both know each other well since we have homeroom together and I was his wrestling manager last year we get along pretty well. The problem is I have no idea how to talk to him even though we have some things in common but I just don't know how to get a convo started and keep it going.... Advice?

Deciding if someone is a crush or not is entirely up to yourself. Some things I like to think about before calling someone a crush is 1. Do I like their personality? 2. Could I see myself dating them? 3. Do I interact well with them? 4. Do we have a lot in common?

P.S. Dreams are a creation of the subconcious, they normally stem from what you really want or what you fear.

And I meet someone who I think understands me and how it hurts.
But NO! Her boyfriend thought I was "picking her up" so he lied about me, telling her, A, that I was telling everyone I was dating her. Which I never did. Now I feel like nobody would notice if I jumped off a cliff...

So Im female and I have these two friends (both guys.) And this one girl is really making me uncomfortable by trying to subtlely get them to treat her like a princess, I have been trying to have quality time with them but I only see them at church and she is always there, is there any tip to surviving things like this. Also asking for their number would be awkward.
