They are so beautiful and well drawn and they could have been store pets in fact, but I am glad they got released that way since it shows that you can get cool line art edits also without buying them for C$!

Couldn't agree more! I'm one of those users who can't get C$ without trading,so these beautiful cockatrices being released as a Halloween trade-in is really,really nice! :3

I was actually really surprised my cockatrices were accepted, since I sort of went wild with the lineart edits XD. I'm really happy you're enjoying them, though. They were the only pets I got done for this event and so I was afraid they wouldn't be good enough to make up for my lack of halloween designs.

Yeah, they are really hard to trade for. I actually did trade a banner dog for mine. I had a bunch of banner dogs though so I didn't mind much. Nothing beats that devil fox and the black cockatrice chick, though--I still haven't got either of those.

makes me super thankful i was able to get one in my original adopts, with the popularity of it, its definitely not something i would want to attempt to trade for, same with the devil fox, also an original adopt. BUT i did have to trade for the black chick but managed to get it after a couple of days.

overall, i was extremely lucky, i didnt need to trade for any super high demand pet, only the black chick, but it was before the rest grew and the hype started around them, so i dont think they were quite as in demand then. i grabbed a few extra eggs with my remaining tokens for trade fodder down the road since they are so popular!
