Dahlia growled to herself, raking her claws on a black rock. She curled up on a flat rock and soaked up the sun, anger still stinging within her like a fresh wound.

Rocket stands out side and drinks from a puddle

she started purring loving that someone wanted to hang out with her and said "thank you for staying" she said as she looked at him with her sleepy eyes and fell back asleep.

Dahlia padded over to where she saw a small rabbit carcass--half-eaten, but it was easy food. She bent down to eat. Her paw slipped and she felt the gentle nerves of her paw pad torn open. She growled and cursed as a wave of pain washed through her paw. A little red cut from a sharp rock began to bleed.
