Amber churned its belly with her paws

Moonsplash heard the badger yowl in agony before the yowling died down, piercing silence filling the air. Moonsplash glanced around at all of the cats.

Her quiet paws made no sound as she trekked through the forest to the river. Rosetail's eyes and ears were still alert for prey, but her mind was on fishing. After awhile she could tell she was getting close, for the ground was slightly damp and she could scent water birds.

Amber rushed over to the fox pelted cat. " help me Cary her." She mewed.

Nodding, she ran over to the cat, helping Amber pick her up.

The unknown cat, ( amber ) heaved the cat on her shoulders. " were is your camp?"

"Follow me." She mewed, padding towards the camp with Foxflower on her back.

She entered the camp settling the she cat down. " Get me marigold, three poppy seeds, cobweb and honey." She mewed.

Nodding, she rushed to the medicine den and picked up marigold, a poppy flower, and some cobwebs. Running back, she put the supplies down then ran back to get a honey comb. She came back with a honey comb and gave her it.

Rosetail paused as she scented blood. She looked around and pinpointed where it was coming from. A few yards off she could see a cat moving through the undergrowth with another cat following. They seemed to be carrying someone on their backs. Rosetail took a breath and recognized the first cat as Moonsplash, and the thing she was carrying seemed to be Foxflower. But the cat who was helping Moonsplash she didn't recognize. Why is Moonsplash leading them to the camp..? She wondered to herself, but shook her head. If they took her in, why wouldn't they take someone else in? She decided to continue with her hunt and leave Moonsplash alone. She knew she wouldn't like her judgement to be questioned. She continued down the bank as they disappeared into camp. Rosetail hoped that Foxflower was alright.
