witch of breath or witch of mind would work as a god tier for matila.

witch of breath: I wanted this because she is wolf themed (sort of based around the big bad wolf and the saying "wolf in sheep's clothing) it's a pun lol (the big bad wolf blows the pig's house down. witch would manipulate freedom/air)
also breath aspect is tied with freedom, we will get to that later

witch of mind: matila has a psychic power (though it's pretty weak)
mind control. Not enough to use people as puppets like vriska did, but just enough to influence their decisions and cloud their minds so they can't think for themself partially.
a witch of mind manipulates logical thinking and choices, and that's exactly what she does sometimes.
but
using her mind voodoo powers, she also does not allow people to think freely. a witch of breath would manipulate freedom
