He stopped trying to reach for the tray as a girl came up and he sighed. "Move along." He growled. The guard turned to Brix. "The girl who's supposed to be helping us with him said not to let him eat even when he asks for it, they had a disagreement." The guy chuckled.

"No, everybody needs food." She waved her hand at the prisoner and he sighed and opened the door. "Here, you can have this food or do you want some candy? I always have some."

He gave the girl a surprised look, unable to help himself. Hesitantly, he took the food and sat back, eating silently as he watched her, shrugging when she mentioned candy, he couldn't remember the last time he'd eaten sugar.

She reached into her purse and held out a mint. "Is this ok?" she sat down next to him and crossed her legs. "What's your name?"

He took the mint and tried it, then finding he liked it ate the rest. He became more defensive when she asked his name. "Ice Light." He mumbled, flicking his long hair out of his face.

"Why are you in prison?" Brix asked, her blue eyes shining curiously. She grabbed a mint out of her bag and ate it, smiling at the taste.

He sighed. "You want the list?" He said, pulling up the back of his shirt to reveal the hand print tattoo. "My gang was caught. Besides leading that um, over seven murders, three kidnappings and countless trespassings." He said dully, dropping his hand so none of the worse scars could be seen.

"Wait, whats that?" She stopped his hand and looked at his side where a scar was. "Where did that come from?"

He jerked away lightly and covered it. "Nothing." He said quickly, feeling like his skin burned from all the scars, like she could see right through to them all.
