You hear the thump thump thump of someone approaching you. Frightened, you look around. Nothing is here on this dark, lonely path through the woods, right? You hear a twig snap and you spin like a record to behind you. Nothing there. You turn to face forward again, and you let out a shriek. There before you, stands a strange creature, of a species you had never seen before. A fox, with the wings of a moth. Curious, you reach out to touch it, only for your gesture to be returned by a growl. Then, to your bewilderment, the creature opened its mouth, and spoke.
