+Shading - 1C$ | +older year (e.g. fullbody | colouring | simple design would be 1 rare under 2013)

Any extra characters in the art will cost the same amount (so double if two characters, e.g. if fullbody colour simple design it would be 2 rares under 2011, if you have none then it would be -3 years)

each of you have 1/15 chance of me doing your art intermediate worthy without paying (extra background, shading, more effort xD)
if you add a rare under 2012, you have a 1/2 chance of getting an intermediate worthy art!
(you may ask for a transparent version without shading if you don't want them.)

i shall be using random.org to decide! if I roll a 7 (if you haven't paid the extra chance) then your art will be an intermediate worthy piece!
if i roll a 2 (if you've paid for the extra chance) it will be an intermediate worthy piece!
