Is the green radioactive butterfly wolf rarer than the red one?? I don't know whether I should accept swaps for it offering the red one for my green one. T-T But if it isn't I'll feel horrible for not accepting

it just adopted later than the others so it wont grow until it's the same time it was adopted. Mine hasn't grown yet either because of this reason
