History: Dan's family lived in central London until last month, when his mother thought that (what with the new baby and all) it might be nice to go somewhere quieter, plus she'd always wanted to go to America. She spent a while looking through the country on Google Maps, until Dan randomly clicked and zoomed in to a road just outside of Tidalwave, FL. It was ideal for his mother, and they packed and moved in the night before the story starts.
Likes: Mystery novels, animals, sandy beaches and making friends.
Dislikes: Meat - he's a vegetarian - and shady, secretive people.
