Derek and i walked shoulder to shoulder as we walked towards his cabin to play Xbox like usual on an afternoon, we have a late start thanks to the... welcome gathering... but oh well, i wasnt doing anything anyway.
"So, should we throw a party tonight to welcome the newcomers?" Asked Derek, he was always looking for fun and a way to include people.
I shrugged." Im not sure they really want to get wasted, or even drink alcohol on their first day, that usually doesnt turn out very well." I laughed. "Plus,their very... gossipy about that stuff the counselors will know before the party even begins."
Derek grinned."Oh come on. We dont even have to tell them, im sure theyll figure out on their own once they see people heading towards the woods in groups or so in the middle of the night."
I sighed, and was ready for some new excitement."Fine, but if they get all blabber mouthy and s*** , blames on you." I punched his arm, still walking down the gravel pathway.

Onna turns her head at the voices, her blush slowly fading. When she saw Cat and Derek, as approached them. "You two hosted the welcome tour, right? Thank you for that, it was very nice." Onna gave them both a friendly smile.

I didnt know what to say sp i just stayed quiet and smiled, unlike Mr.Polite over here....
"Oh yeah... no problem." Smiled Derek, running his hands through his tousled hair. "How are you liking it here so far?" He asked.

Shadow stood awkwardly beside Onna, staring awkwardly at her feet and slowly pulled her hoodie back up.

"Mental note, never chase rabbits four times around the camp it hurts."she said to herself slowly stretching her legs and getting up leaning agaisnt a wall.

Onna grinned. "It's beautiful here. I've always loved camping, and..." She glanced shyly at Shadow. "I can tell I'm making some really good friends. " She looked back up at Derek and Cat. "And you two? Do you work here?"

She saw the same rabbit again, just staring her in the face wanting her to chase it.she turned around "Bad bunny."

I began to laugh hysterically." Oh h*** no." I took a few breathes than nudged Derek." He seems to act like he does though."

She shifted into a wolf and banged her head agaist the wall then turned around and the bunny had disappeared "peace at last."she sighed
