I have somewhat of an odd question. Is it the same price per pixel if we would like to have one of each design, all with the same character?
And also, are we allowed to do this? x3

Hmm. Yes, that's allowed.
You'd only pay the regular price for the character once and get as many pixel images with different add-ons as you want. Adding the different items doesn't require any work so it'd be greedy to charge additional payment.
