Ash wraps his arm around her again and pulls him up,"the only place I can think of that we can escape is the forest"she says while walking with him

Ruty nodded, "S-Sounds good." He said as he stood up, "there's gunna be more of them outside."

"I know, if we can keep them away with our guns we will be able to get to the forest"she tells him, her eyes full of focuse

"Alright." He said, limping towards the door. He quickly locked the first bullet into place.

Ash opens the door and stands in front of him, he was in enough pain as it is she thinks. She looks out to see that most if the cops are at the back door, she aims for the ones that stayed at the front and fires

Ruty ran, or rather limped out of the door, no-scope shooting at least three cops. A pain shot through his shoulder and he fell to the ground. "Ash!" He croaked, holding his arm. "I'm hit." He said, his voice getting slowly quieter.

Ash runs to his side, she takes his hand"you just have to make it a bit further then I can take care of you again, you can make that right?"she asks as tears start to form, she really cared about him after she got to know him

Ash wraps around his waist to keep him from falling, she walks with him to the forest shooting at any cops that came close

Ruty inhaled deeply, exhaled, then repeated, trying to keep his breathing even. He gritted his teeth, joining Ash he pulled out his pistol and shot the cops that chased behind them.
