So the Gif Layering conversation pops up.
I can answer all of these questions.

Can anyone tell me how i can "stack" gifs without the things that make it look.. Pixelated?

You need either Photoshop CS6+ Or Gimp in order to stack gifs.
I will probably end up making a tutorial on this when I get the time to do so and with Of The Fall's Permission of course to do so.
I believe it is a DPI issue that is making the gifs "Pixelated" since working with 72 DPI makes a gif look like this:

Where working with 300 DPI makes a gif look like this.

In addition, I also have noticed that there is the issue of the amount of colours that you have set.
72 DPI allows for, I believe, 64 colours to be available, where 300DPi allows the max amount of colours to be available, 256

are gifs even capable of working in pixlr? o-o

No, there is no option to save Gifs on Pixlr, therefore there is no way to layer them.

Do any of our other pixlr peeps have an issue where their gifs turn out to have a lesser quality when they try to put overlap gifs in a picture?

I don't, but I make my own gifs and stuff in Photoshop.
If this is the case, show me the issue and I can see if I can fix it.
Because in Photoshop, I always make the image with 300 DPI minimum so the gif layering and such doesn't interfere with the quality of the gif. I also find that if you are using real people in gifs, they turn out pixelated because gifs only support a max of 256 different colours, so if there is a shade in the person's face that the gif doesn't pick up, it chooses the next best colour.

These amazing signatures make me want to remake my simple signature. Like wow some of these sigs look amazing.

Same! But that would require me actually teaching myself pixlr (which would be easier now that we have a tutorial up here) and then putting in the work. No time, no time!
And then I consider having someone else do it for me, but my pride won't let me.

oh, i'd just thought i'd mention, there's more then one way to overlay GIFs.
I use online image editor. there's an overlay option, and it takes some time to figure out if you don't know what you're doing, but it doesn't ruin the gif quality THAT badly

lol me too. my fist signature was made by someone, and i was like, this is great! oh wait... i didn't do it. *shame* Then i made this one, which was super easy
