Many years ago, when the first cats walked the earth, there had been one named Longstar- a mighty, powerful, cunning cat with long, sharp teeth that dropped from her upper mouth. She had been the leader of an ancient clan- Stoneclan. At the time, the clan had no enemies; that was until a dangerous, battle-scarred Tom by the name of Gingerstar appeared. Panic wreaked the land as cat's were slaughtered left and right, kits dying as they were sent to battle much to early.
Longstar agreed to meet Gingerstar for a peace treaty- but she would not know what would lie ahead. As the moon settled across the flat prairie land, Longstar stood alone, as Gingerstar could be seen on the very horizon.The sight of him shocked Longstar; for he wasn't the powerful brute of a force she had seen only a moon ago. His ribs now show, deep gashes protruded his body, clearly infected as the rim was a sickly green. "Longstar," he had cried, desperation in his voice. "Stoneclan has defeated Birchclan," Just the sight of him had spooked Longstar. She could not bear to look at his pitiful body anymore. "You were the one who started this havoc, it only suits that you are the one to fall," she said, her voice wavering. Gingerstar had looked into her eyes, clouded in misery and pain. "Please," was all he could croak.

As the days and nights passed, Longstar had made her mind. She would event the other clan to join with them. Though her clan had been biased, they had reluctantly agreed. It would mean more mouths to feed, but it would be stronger in higher numbers. As the two clans merged, Longstar stood by Gingerstar, their flanks lightly touching. As she cleared her throat, she raised her muzzle to the air. "From this day forward.. We shall be one. No longer Birchclan and Stoneclan, but as Oakclan!"

Millennia has now passed. As temperatures rise in the now thick oak and pine forests of North America, Oakclan is in mortal danger has major forest fires, drought, thunder storms, and lack of prey threaten them all. Starclan has called for three special cats to lead the clan on an impossible journey- will they succeed? Or will they fall?

The ever so calm, cold, and calculating Dawncloud will send shivers up even the most pretentious of warriors spines. With her eerily calm personality when things are supposed to make others angry, and her somewhat peaceful eyes, she's a puzzler for many. Dawncloud is currently of 40 moons; just a few months over three years; though she has the fiery rage in battle of 10 Starclan warriors. Her mother was named Rushfur- her father was named Creamheart. She had been born along with two brothers in leaf-bare, but both of them had been still born. When Dawncloud was 5 moons, her and Rushfur had caught Greencough. The medicine cat at the time had warned her mother and father she would most likely die; but in fact, it was more twisted then that. Her mother in fact was the one that died, leaving her kitten to fend by herself with only her father to look after her. When Dawncloud was 8 moons, she had been on a patrol with her mentor, Redpelt, her father, and another young apprentice. Three foxes had gained up on them. Before she knew what was happening, she had felt a wearing pain in her sides and face as she was quickly brought back to camp. She had broken ribs, and her jaw was torn while her right eye had been mauled. She would never regain sight in that eye. Shortly after, her father grew deranged and sick as he grieved for his old life back. He died after from a parasite. Dawncloud's body is lined with scars over her, now. This, this is why she has now given herself a cool, collected figure. She is quiet from her life.

Silent and deadly just like a fox, you won't
suspect a thing as you feel silent, furry paws clamp
around your muzzle and neck as you struggle
for air. This is Foxstep, a three year-old
tom named for the way he walks like a fox.
Foxstep could be described as the courageous,
naive, boasting type; though if he knew what
it was he would call himself a 'knight in shining
armor'. Born in a homely family of three, his mother
was named Gingerfoot and his father Russetwhisker.
He has very little history; though he did have a sister
by the name of Rowanpelt who died in the very first
moons of being a warrior- died in a fight with a badger.
Though it pains him to not have his sister by his side,
it doesn't stop him from doing his job of being a warrior.

He is a breed known as the toyger.
He has brown fur with black
tabby stripes very commonly
seen in his breed. His breed can
also be seen as silver tabby cats.
He stands twelve inches at the
shoulders and is about a foot
and a half long with a nearly twelve
inch tail and long legs. His breed is
a very long bodied breed. He is
also very muscular and built for
power. He weighs in at 15 pounds.
His breed is a domestic cat breed
and not seen often in the wild clans,
he is a descendent of kittypets,
but was himself born into the clan.
His breed came from breeding a
Bengal with a domestic short hair,
and the toyger was bred to look
like mini tiger, which he does.

Personality
"I have good and bad days."
His breeding generally leads him
to be a very sweet and friendly sort
of cat. Of course he has his good and
bad days. He is typically a very
outgoing and social cat, always
looking to make friends. He cares
deeply for his clan and would do
anything to protect them include
give up all nine of his lives. He is
very loyal and simply seeks to be
the best cat he can possibly be. He
is honest and brave always standing
up for what he believes in. He is a
reasonable cat and will gladly hear
out the voices of his clan mates. He
likes to seek guidance for the elders
and the medicine cat, and always
enjoys a good story. He is intelligent
and a great strategist knowing his
way around the battle field. This lead to
a slight impatience and a bit of
a temper. Now he never gets
violent towards his clan mates, but
to enemies he is quite formidable.
A fierce opponent with the strength
of many in his heart. He fights for
his clan, not for himself. He can be
a little ambitious and sometimes
bossy or snappy when he doesn't
get his way. All in all he is a well
balanced cat and a natural born
leader.

History
"Why do you wish to know?"
Well Tigerstar was born and raised
in this clan. His ancestry isn't strictly
clan cats though. He is a descendent
of kittypets it is true. Not either of his
parents, but his grandfather was a
kittypet that decided to leave the
cozy two leg nest he lived in to
be part of something bigger. He
had been made fun of and
underestimated by the clan cats
at first. He became a great warrior
though and even the deputy! He
met a pretty Bengal she-cat and
had kits with her. That lead to
his mother, whom he gets his
pelt from, she was mentored
by his father and once she was
a warrior and they were ready
to have kits Tigerkit was born.
He had one sister, but she
wasn't alive. It broke his parent's
hearts, but they raised him
with love and kindness. They made
sure he survived to became a fine
young apprentice. He had been very
eager to learn, and his mentor was
eager to teach him. He was mentored
by the leader at the time, and he was
very excited about it! He wished to
please the leader. He was taught to
hunt and fight, each day he got
better, and each day he watched
how proud his parents were. One
day his mother was taken from him,
hit by a twoleg monster.

His father was heartbroken, he
didn't eat or sleep after that, and passed
away from a broken heart leaving
Tigerstar to fend for himself. He
knew his parents were watching
from starclan and he still
wished to please them so he
continued with his training and
was named a warrior pretty soon
once he had been assessed. He
was a warrior for a good twenty moons
and then the deputy passed after
becoming ill. The leader named
Tigerstar the deputy, and he performed
the job well. He soon found out
that the leader only had one life
left. It was about ten moons later
that the leader was struck down by
a rouge leaving Tigerstar to take
his place. Tigerstar went and
received his nine lives. One came
from his mother, another his father.
Two more from his grandparents, and
his last lafe came from his mentor
and the previous leader. The other
lives he received had been from
catsbhe hadn't known all that well
if at all. He returned to the clan as
the new leader, and he picked a
new deputy.

He so far believes he is doing a
pretty good job. He knows he has
a long way to go, and there is
plenty moreto be added on to
his history. He is nervous, but
excited to see what all starclan
has planned for him. He just
hopes he can serve his clan to the
best of his potential, and someday
be remembered as a great leader.

"I'm Deathpaw. Awesome name isn't it? When I was born, I got a hold of some deathberries as a new-born. That's why my mother named me Deathkit. Nobody knows how I'm even still alive after I ate those berries. I ate about three whole berries before anybody realized what was going on. Ever since then, I've been like a token of bad luck. Anywhere I go, something terrible and ironically horrid happens to me and the cats I'm around. Nobody goes near me. They're afraid of me. I don't blame them, I wouldn't go around me either. I've gotten used to solitary. I don't mind it. Whatever. I don't care. Why should I? What's there to care about? I'm ten moons old, with a cream pelt and a striped tail. That's about it. My personality? Well, it's kind of hard to describe one's self. Solitude has made me independent. I'm determined to show people how intellectual, skilled, and strong I am. I am very intelligent. No one can deny that. Being a walking accident I've taught myself how to avoid specific dangers. Like checking the trees for wobbly hornet's nests, or watching my step for empty fox-dens, or loose roots, or traps, or...ugh...poison ivy. I've become very smart, and I intend for people to understand that. I'm also tough. Well, as tough as a newbie apprentice can be. So many accidents have toughened my kitten-skin. I'm a full-fledged warrior now, even if I am still an apprentice. I'm also kind of blunt. I'd rather have cold-hard facts given to me, then for someone to dance around the truth like a rabid squirrel. So that's me, nothing much else. I haven't lived that long to tell you some long heart-breaking stories. In time though. I plan to travel, far and wide! As soon as I've got my warrior name, oh how far I'll run! I plan on seeing the world! This strange thing called an ocean, and to fight off bears! I can dream can't I? It's not like anyone's gonna miss me anyway. That's my plan. And I can't wait."
