it's kind of sad
that when gamzee is in murdermode his eyes are red
and when he dies, after killing karkat his eyes are back to yellow
half of him is even looking terrified when he is cut in half.
what if killing karkat caused him to snap back into reality and right when he's cut in half HE REALIZES WHAT HE'S DONE.

that, and also being controlled by lil cal and convinced that miracles don;t exist.

Aranea kinda had the same affect tho. Completely calming his mind/not giving him the ability to do anything. So when he did start thinking on his own again there was just too much rage to filter and it kinda just turned him back into psycho clown.
Just my theory tho

I want to see karkat and gamzee interacting after karkat returns to the surface of lofaf with the genesis frog
because gamzee is obviously alive. (rule number one. don;t turn your back on the body)

BUT just imagine this being the loading system for a doomed timeline.

I.E John and all his friends lost the game, he’s the last one left w/ Kanaya. They loose the game, Kanaya finally dies, he finally decides to end his pain and as he is closing his eyes for the last time all the voices of the dead trolls n his friends echo through his head and he starts crying and this is the last thing he sees in the sky n then he blacks out.

i know its hard but acceptance is the 1st stage
why would hussie kill off so many important main characters if it wasnt a doomed timeline its just overkill there are like 5 of the main lot left and 2 of them are bleeding out thats not helpful to the story at all
the timelines doomed, karkats dead, the whole thing will be reset somehow so it doesnt happen ^u^
