Essentially, it is similar to a Fanclub, but what sets it apart is that this thread is more to welcome and discuss ideas from both CTD staff and the public about how the adoptable should be run, i.e., event ideas and etc.

Minimod
All mods start as Minimods. As a Minimod it is your duty to handle things like copying and rulebreaking and report back to me about any you find. However, you cannot dish out strikes or bans yourself.
If you want to be one, just ask.
Absolute Mods
After a while of being a good Minimod, you're promoted to Absolute Mod and can dish out strikes/warnings without my overruling decision. (You still have to tell me so that I can mark them down of course)

In the beginning, customs were done freely by any who wished to do them.
These are the new rules as per Sjin's suggestion.
How often are Customs created?
Around 1-3 customs are created per month.
How can I get a custom?
Customs are done through a form of raffle. You must win the raffle in order to have a custom done by a CTD artist.
How does it work?
Every month, a new artist is selected to be the one to do that month's custom(s). They decide how many customs they want to do, and what kind of raffle--usually the raffle will be something like guessing numbers. To make a guess, PM that month's custom artist your guess. Whoever is the closest wins the raffle. If there are multiple winners, then the first-closest and second-closest winners will win a custom, and so on.
Can I request add-ons?
Add-ons aren't "added on" freely. You "unlock" add-ons depending on how close you guessed to the correct answer. For example, if you guessed within 5 numbers, you can (but don't have to) request wings, and if you guessed within 10 numbers, you can request hair. They stack up, of course, so if you guess within 5, that's within 10 as well, so you can request wings and hair. These unlocking-rates are chosen by that month's custom artist, so keep an eye out for custom raffles with good chances!
Can I forfeit?
If for any reason at all you can always forfeit and pass on your winnings to whoever was next in place.
