How to play...

So, for Halloween Costume Idea Game, you must say what you are being for Halloween. If I was going to be a witch for Halloween person 1 would say:

"I am being a witch for Halloween. Also, I give the person above 10 points for being a ____"

After you say that, you would rate the person above's costume. If the person 2 was being a cat for Halloween, they would say:

"I give the person above a 10 for being a witch.

I am being a cat for Halloween."
