When everyone told Vincent to dress as something scary, he got out the glue and stuck feathers into his fur.

That's right everyone, Vincent is dressed up as his best friend Jerome! xD
Instead of wearing a full body costume (he couldn't find one that worked) he just painted markings onto himself that look similar to Jerome's, and used contact lenses to change his eyewhites for the season. His hair is slicked back and his mane, tail tuft and all other feathers are held there with massive amounts of hair gel and super glue. His scales are sequins that glitter aaa
